The Faculty of Agriculture, University of Bonn is seeking to appoint a full time Professorship in Entrepreneurial behaviour. The professorship is associated with the faculty’s new Institute for Professorship. The professorship contributes to the understanding, prediction or process analysis of individual entrepreneurial behavior. One focus is how start-ups emerge and can be supported. Thus, the professorship also contributes to the promotion of a start-up culture at the University of Bonn and in the entire environment
Eligibility
- Success in the acquisition and implementation of externally funded projects is a prerequisite.
- Individuals who have worked outside academia and can demonstrate excellence in research and teaching are also invited to apply.
- Candidates with a distinguished record of internationally visible scientific contributions in the area of entrepreneurial behavior
Roles/Responsibilities
- Collaboration in designing activities jointly with the Transfer Center of the University of Bonn, enaCom, is expected
- An ability and willingness to contribute to existing and future interdisciplinary collaborative research projects of the University, especially in the context of the Transdisciplinary Research Areas “Technology and Innovation for Sustainable Futures” (TRA 6) and “Individuals, Institutions and Societies” (TRA 4).
