The Department of Geography and Environment in London School of Economics and Political Sciences is inviting applications for LSE Fellow in Environmental Economics. Salary is from £39,313 to £47,148 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £50,614 pa inclusive.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team teaching on the department’s undergraduate, postgraduate and online programmes on environmental economics and policy, as well as developing their own research agenda. They will also participate in wider departmental and School activities as required, as well as carrying out administrative duties, whilst fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Eligibility
- Candidates should have completed, or be close to completing, a PhD in economics, environmental/resource economics, or a closely related field by the post start date.
- Very good knowledge of the field of environmental/resource economics is essential.
- Relevant teaching experience, the ability to work in close partnership with fellow teachers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, are also essential
