The selected candidates will join a team working on experimental research, structural mechanics, and advanced computational modeling, specifically focusing on innovative construction solutions for transportation systems.
Eligibility
- Theoretical knowledge in nonlinear computational mechanics and FE modeling
- Experience with FE simulation tools (OpenSees and/or LS-DYNA)
- Computer programming experience (MATLAB and/or Python)
- Large-scale experimental testing of structural components and systems
- Concrete material/structures behavior and modeling.
