The Department of Economics at the University of Bologna is inviting expressions of interest for the position of Associate/Full Professor in Environmental Economics. This is a permanent position that will commence in the autumn of 2025 (alternative starting dates can be considered).
Salary is competitive and a favorable taxation regime for up to 12 years currently benefits academics who have worked in a research institution outside of Italy for at least two years and move to Italy. The annual teaching load is 120 hours
Roles/Responsibilities
- Contribute to the growth and development of the department, its strategic vision, and governance, as well as its teaching activities
- Provide scientific leadership
- Participate in national and international grant applications
- Mentor students

- All sub-fields within environmental and resource economics are welcome
