Professor Börger in the Department of Business and Economics, Berlin School of Economics and Law is invting applications for a Research assistant (m/f/d) and PhD candidate in environmental economics.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Assistance in ongoing research projects in environmental economics (group of Professor Börger), particularly on the valuation of ecosystem services and assessment of preferences for climate adaptation measures and sustainable resource use
- Preparation, implementation and follow-up of surveys for data collection. Statistical/econometric analysis of survey data
- Preparation of the relevant specialist literature on the assessment of preferences for adaptation to climate change and sustainable resource use
- Preparation of research results for conference papers, project reports and scientific publications
- Teaching load of 2.64 semester hours per week in the field of economics
- Preparing a doctorate/PhD in collaboration with the University of the Basque Country (Spain)
