Mines Paris – PSL and The Transition Institute 1.5 are inviting applications for a fully-funded PhD position on the “Economic and Fiscal Impacts of the Energy Transition in Resource-Rich Countries”. This fully funded PhD project will investigate how climate policies and the energy transition are reshaping the fiscal and economic outlook of countries rich in fossil fuels and critical minerals.
