Apply for a Visiting MBA Faculty Position in Economics Sustainability at Bard College.

Description

Bard College’s low-residency MBA in Sustainability program, based in New York City, has an opening for a visiting faculty member to teach a Microeconomics course with a focus on sustainability. Faculty members teach during intensive weekend residencies held once a month in Manhattan. In addition, they teach an online evening session each week between the monthly residencies. The low-residency format allows flexibility in residential locations. Bard’s MBA program fully integrates sustainability into a business curriculum. Bard students master the business case for sustainability, understanding how to align profit with social and environmental goals. In addition, all courses cultivate the development of anti-racist business leaders. The MBA course is offered annually in the summer and fall.

Eligibility

  • MBA faculty members are expected to have earned a Ph.D., J.D., M.B.A., M.P.A., or equivalent degree.
  • Successful candidates will have an established record of excellence in teaching.
