Professor Julian J. Hwang, Assistant Professor of Resource Economics and Management, School of Natural Resources and the Environment, West Virginia University is inviting applications for a Research Assistant (RA). The selected candidate will work on a research project that is funded by the West Virginia Department of Natural Resources (WVDNR).
The RA will measure the economic value and/or benefit of recreational fisheries in West Virginia using revealed and/or stated preference methods. The RA can pursue either an MS in Wildlife and Fisheries Resources or a PhD in Natural Resource Economics at West Virginia University, depending on their interests and qualifications.
