Lecturer in Economics

The Economics Group within Newcastle University Business School is inviting applications for a Lecturer-in-Economics position. Salary is in the range of £36,382.00 – £50,296.00 per annum.
Eligibility
- A relevant PhD
- Ability to demonstrate a capacity to publish in journals of international standing
- A clear and viable strategy for sustained future research that has the potential to result in world-leading publications
- Ability to teach economics at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
Requirements
- Evidence of research published in international and world-leading outlets
- Evidence of/potential to develop and secure grant capture and/or impact
- A track record of engaging with external stakeholders, generating real-world impact from research
- Evidence of the potential to contribute to the Economics Research Community
- Evidence of the ability to deliver research-led teaching, making effective use of technology to enhance learning
